I decided a couple of years ago to do something fabulous with my hair. After moving to the humid and HotLanta from the cold and chilly Detroit my hair began to misbehave. It became uncontrollable. So I decided to go a different route. Yes, I locked my hair. No one could believe that I would do it...well almost 2 years later I am loving the natural, free, and oh so real Sisterlocks!

You're such a PRETTY girl. On you, I really prefer the SLs over the permed hair. The locs are so much fuller and you look even younger. Keep representin'.
You look pretty either way, but I bet it is less headache and money with Sisterlocks (smile).

Actually I've never had relaxed hair. I used to get it straightened with the flat iron. That is one of the main reasons I got Sisterlocks...I was tired of my hair curling up with rain, humidity, etc.
I was wondering because your hair length has been pretty much long the entire time. That was good for you your hair was natural so you didn't have to lose any length. Thanks for sharing. Before pictures are always nice to see.
I think your hair is very pretty both ways, but I'm sure you can appreciate the carefree lifestyle with Sisterlocks. I'm still lovin' to see your photo shoot pics. Your hair was fabulous! Loved the curls!
