Phases of my Sisterlocks Journey

I was going through different photos of my Sisterlock Journey and decided to put a slide show together to show the progression of my locks. I must say getting Sisterlocks was one of the best decisions I have ever made regarding my hair. These pics were taken over the course of the last 2 years. Enjoy!

Autumn....this is my favorite season

I just love autumn! Nature does its thing during this time of year (depending on where you live). The leaves are changing colors and the weather is perfect for cuddling, reading books by the fireplace, eating chili and drinking hot chocolate!

This year for Thanksgiving the entire family stayed in 6 cabins off of a lake on the border of S. Carolina/Georgia. It was absolutely beautiful. I had to get some shots of my hair with the leaves. My cousin took these and said "Ay, I think these would be good for your blog." Take a look....

Perm Rods

I know a lot of ladies wanted to know what my consultant used for the style in the photo shoot. Well here is a picture with the rods still in my hair and a pic after the shoot. I bought a few packs from Sally Beauty Supply so I could try this style again...without the makeup.
