It's Still Real!
I don't have Sisterlocks anymore but I don't have the "creamy crack" in my hair either. I guess I'll keep the blog up a little while longer. It's amazing how many people have hit me up and said they have or are considering cutting their locs. I just hope no one is making hasty decisions!!! I miss my locs at times but I'm loving the new do...and color!!!

i loved your locs, but ur hair is still fab, love the color too...did you just flat iron it or did something else :)
Your hair is still beautiful and so are you!
Love this new look, color and all. Please keep blogging. It's nice to see the before and after and to know that there is life after sisterlocs and that you don't have to shave bald to take them out!! How are you getting it so straight? Did you get it colored professionally? It's gorgeous!
Thanks ladies! I go to a stylist who loves doing natural hair and keeping it healthy. She flat irons it with the stove irons. She colored for me also. She is the greatest!!!
It is still real and it is still GORGEOUS! I was sooo shocked to see you had taken those beautiful locks out. I miss them but I will get over it. :-) Keep doing yout thing girl!
The bob is really cute and the color is fab. Enjoy your look because you are working it!
I did cut off my locks {after 8 yrs!!! } but I do miss them! I am in the midst of a new set, {and I am growing my locks from ext. hair braids, see blog for pics}.
I hope you are enjoying your new hair-do... At this time, I do not have any "straight-hair" plans until around age 50 {if at all}...
Take care~
